Since obtaining honours in her law degree Elizabeth has been a key member of Prime Lawyers. Having conducted hundreds of matters for the firm Elizabeth now focuses on providing advice in Estates matters for the firm’s Probate division. In doing so Elizabeth continues to provide clear, precise, and effective legal advice to each and every one of her clients.

Elizabeth has a passion to assist clients in times of need and she takes great pleasure in obtaining the best possible result for these clients in what is usually a stressful time. Elizabeth’s advice is also sought out from within the firm, and she is widely recognised as one of our most successful and consistent lawyers.

Michael Duong was admitted as a solicitor in 2001. Since becoming a solicitor Michael has built a strong reputation in the legal profession, particularly in family law and criminal law.

In family law, Michael’s negotiation skills see the majority of his matters settle without the need for court action. When court action is required, Michael draws on his 20+ years of experience to carefully strategise his way through the litigation process, and with his client-focused approach ensuring that he strives for the best possible outcome and at the same time, relieving his client of the stress of the family law court process.

Michael is experienced in all aspects of family law including divorce, property settlement, child custody and spousal maintenance.

In criminal law, Michael has a wealth of experience in Local Courts all across NSW and the District Court of NSW. Michael will tactically analyse all aspects of a criminal matter and provide practical advice as to whether his client should plead guilty or not guilty. In defended criminal matters, Michael is exceptional at preparing his case and gathering the evidence required to receive a ‘not guilty’ verdict for his clients.

Being a solicitor-advocate, Michael is experienced in court representation, whether carefully presenting a compelling plea-in-mitigation of sentence, or cross-examining witnesses in contested hearings, and these aspects of his practice make him a well-rounded, experienced criminal lawyer who can always be relied on.
