How Peter Murphy can help you

Peter is one of the directors of the Prime Law Group and has worked exclusively for Prime Lawyers since being admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. As a director, Peter is responsible for the management of the Prime Law Group and is also the principal of our Wollongong Office.

Peter maintains an active case list in proceedings commenced in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, including matters in which Peter is instructed by executors and beneficiaries to defend and advise on the last will of the deceased person.

In addition to estate litigation, Peter regularly advises clients involved in complex commercial litigation including matters conducted in the Federal Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Having worked throughout the greater Sydney region since his admission, Peter is now based out of our Wollongong office while maintaining a very strong and loyal base of clients in the Sutherland Shire and the Illawarra.

Peter is also experienced in and practises in the fields of property law, commercial & civil litigation, wills and estates and ensures all of his matters are personally conducted from start to finish.

Outside of work Peter is a keen supporter of the Giants in the AFL, the Wests Tigers in the NRL and enjoys spending time with his wife Jenny and their two children.
