Claudia Taylor

“ Family law is a specialised area of law. My experience as a family lawyer enables me to provide legal advice to help my clients resolve the issues – be that in parenting or property, and achieve an outcome that enables them to get on with the rest of their lives. ”

Claudia is one of our best Family Lawyers, assisting our many clients between the Sutherland Shire and Parramatta regions.

Having worked exclusively as a family lawyer in Sydney for more than 15 years Claudia has the experience to help you in any area of family law. Throughout her time as a lawyer Claudia has appeared regularly at the Parramatta, Sydney and Wollongong Family Law Courts, and has experience with interim and final hearings and financial conciliation conferences.

Claudia has experience in all types of property matters involving businesses, share portfolios and complex family trusts. Her experience in children’s issues includes recovery orders, complex matters in the Magellan List or that involve an independent children’s lawyer, as well as matters involving domestic violence.

Claudia is also an advocate of non-adversarial approaches to resolving matters, such a mediation and round table conference between parties. Claudia has completed studies as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is an Accredited Family Law Mediator and uses that experience to resolve matters in timely and cost-effective manner without the need for Court intervention.

Claudia is an intelligent and focused lawyer, with a calming manner which makes clients feel at ease, often at a very difficult time in their lives. Clients benefit from Claudia’s advice and we recommend anyone in need of family law assistance in the Sutherland Shire (and beyond) to speak to Claudia to see how we can help.

With offices in Sutherland and the Sydney CBD,  Claudia will meet you at an office of your convenience, and would be happy to hear from you. If you have a family law issue, then get in touch with Claudia by calling us on (02) 9521 2222 or sending an online enquiry here.

Angela Garner

“ Working in deceased estates is a very personal experience. We are engaged at a time where the family has lost a loved one, and our task is to complete the legal process required, be that the grant of probate, administration or other court process, as quickly and hassle free as possible. Our clients appreciate the approach we take and the skills our team have to handle all aspects of an estate administration – including the sale of property and litigation advice if there is a challenge to the will. ”

Angela is one of our brightest stars, and is responsible for taking care of our clients from our Sydney CBD office. With one of the largest private probate divisions in NSW Angela is experienced in all areas of estates work, and provides advice and assistance to numerous executors and beneficiaries on a weekly basis.

Having come to us from NSW Trustee & Guardian Angela possesses the skills to finalise difficult estates, and has experience in resolving estates where the deceased left no will, a defective or informal will, a copy of a will only, as well as estates which require special consideration, such as those estates which require the appointment of an attorney, or the removal of an executor.

Angela also works as part of the firm’s estate litigation department, and regularly appears in contested probate applications before the Supreme Court of New South Wales. In the event that a will or estate is challenged Angela is able to give clear advice on what the executors and beneficiaries can expect, and advice on compromising or defending a claim.

Whether your matter be a simple estate consisting of a few thousand dollars in assets, or a complex multi-million dollar estate dispute, Angela is ready, willing and able to speak to you to let you know how we can help.

Angela is based in our Sydney CBD office but is available to meet with clients at any of our other locations. She is a favourite with clients and you will be happy you hired Angela. Feel free to give Angela a call or send us an online enquiry.
