Defending or Contesting a Will

The qualification to testamentary freedom is set out in legislation. In New South Wales this qualification is set out in the Family Provisions Division of the Succession Act 2006.

Prime Lawyers appear regularly in contested estates matters and we are confident that we can assist you to bring or defend a claim and invite you to contact us for a no obligation appraisal of your case. There is no fee for doing so.

We have contested estates & wills lawyers at Sydney, Parramatta, Chatswood, Sutherland and Wollongong.
