Our Family Lawyers Sutherland service the great people of the Sutherland Shire and surrounds and are conveniently located 200 metres east of Sutherland train station.

We provide a range of family law legal services to those living and working in and around the Sutherland Shire including in divorce, child custody and property settlement. We pride ourselves on our ability to assist our clients in settling their matters in a cost-effective and timely manner, however, where required, have the necessary expertise and experience to successfully and competently represent clients through the rigours of Family Court proceedings.

Although based in Sutherland, our lawyers also have the advantage of being able to work from offices close to three of the eight NSW Family Courts, due to our sister Prime Lawyers offices being located near the Family Courts in Sydney, Parramatta and Wollongong. This means that unlike most other family law firms in the Sutherland Shire, we are never more than walking distance from one of our offices when attending any major Court; whether for one day or a several day hearing. The ability to have all resources at hand is essential to being able to properly represent our clients in Court at the highest level and we ensure that our clients have the backing and resources of a major city firm at all times.

Despite our presence in major Courts and investment in important resources to maintain our advantage over other local firms, we always strive to keep our clients’ fees manageable; this is also assisted by our decision to offer fixed fee divorce services and a “pay at the end family law” option to approved clients.
