Penrith Local Court

Penrith Local Court covers a large catchment area in its Criminal Division, including dealing with matters from within the Penrith and St Marys Local Area Command.

Our criminal lawyers are experienced in appearing before the Penrith Local Court Magistrates for any type of criminal offence, including drug charges, assault charges and AVO matters.

Penrith Local Court deals with all prosecutions brought by the NSW Police in the local area. It is also where more serious matters commence that are eventually prosecuted by the Penrith Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. These more serious matters typically end up being finalised in the Penrith District Court.
