Manly Local Court is located next to Council Chambers and alongside the local business district of Manly.

The Courthouse is walking distance from Manly Wharf, which receives the Manly Ferry from Circular Quay, for those travelling from inside or near the Sydney CBD.

In its Criminal Division, Manly Local Court mainly deals with matters from the Northern Beaches Local Area Command, which is a large catchment area, including suburbs such as Avalon, Balgowlah, Brookvale, Cromer, Dee Why, Frenchs Forest, Manly, Mona Vale and many more.

Common offences that come before the Court are assaults, drug offences and alcohol related offences.

Our criminal lawyers appear regularly before Manly Local Court and have expertise in all types of criminal offences, from minor offences to serious offences, that start off at Manly Local Court and are finalised at the Sydney District Court.
