Central Local Court

Central Local Court deals with Sydney based matters, particularly where the accused is remanded in custody and/or is charged with a serious criminal offence.

The Court is commonly referred to as a Bail Court, because it is where most accused people facing Sydney-based criminal charges who have been refused bail appear.
